Key Responsibilities
Lead daily plant operations and production teams
Oversee production planning, labour scheduling, inventory, and shipping
Ensure food safety, quality, and health & safety compliance
Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and team performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational systems

Qualifications
7+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, poultry, or a similar production setting
Strong background in production planning, labour management, and plant operations




Experience with inventory control, production scheduling, and food safety programs
Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver operational results
Experience implementing ERP, inventory, or production management systems is an asset
