Empowered Futures is seeking a volunteer HR Lead in Learning and Development. This role focuses on creating training initiatives, facilitating programs, and tracking learning outcomes effectively. As an HR Lead at Empowered Futures, you’ll support capability building through structured training programs.

You'll engage in assessing training needs, mentoring team members, and managing learning resources. This position requires significant focus on data insights to improve educational initiatives and ensure effective skill enhancement across teams. Key Responsibilities:
Design learning and development programs aligned with needs
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps
Mentor and guide team members for skilled growth
Manage training schedules and maintain documentation
Analyze learning data to inform HR decisions Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
4+ years experience in learning and development
Certification in training or development is a plus
Experience in a non-profit setting preferred
Robust skills in communication and program coordination Contribute to enhancing employee capabilities and support effective learning initiatives at Empowered Futures.
