In this role, you'll oversee the complete recruitment cycle and actively engage in organizational development projects. You'll be the key point of contact for managers on talent acquisition and enhance HR practices. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office roles
Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pools
Coordinate onboarding plans and selection testing
Analyze recruitment metrics for strategic insights
Support organizational structure and HR process reviews Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Minimum 3 years HR experience in rapid-paced workplace
Proficiency in HR management systems like ADP Workforce Now
Fluent in French and English
