Mine is in search of a passionate Geologist to collaborate with the Mine Engineering team. Your contributions will include enhancing grade control processes, infill drilling initiatives, and training upcoming Geologists. This role offers an excellent platform for skilled growth within a well-established mining setting. Key Responsibilities:
Foster a culture of safety within engineering practices
Provide support for ore control improvement projects
Execute geological interpretations and pit wall mapping
Contribute to model maintenance and monthly reports
Assist in the execution of infill drilling and core logging Requirements:
Educational background in Geology or Geological Engineering
P.Geo registration eligibility with Engineers & Geoscientists BC
4+ years of experience in open pit mining
Expertise in geological mapping or related areas
