We are looking for a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator to join our office (approx. 4 - 5 days per week). The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with parents and patients and interested in pursuing a career in the dental field.

Greeting patients and parents

Seating patients

Setting up ops

Cleaning/Disinfecting and preparing ops in between patients Setting up instruments for the clinical team

Assisting with sterilizing instruments

Helping the RDA with set up and care of the patient

Dismissing patients

Assisting with taking inventory of supplies Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma

Must be computer proficient and able to learn new software easily Excellent communication skills

Available to work during applicable business hours Able to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work well with children of all ages English proficient in speaking and writing Excellent customer care skills in person Excellent presentation and professionalism Benefits
