Your primary role will involve overseeing online student academic advising, spearheading retention activities, and collaborating with various college departments. A robust emphasis on research and analytics will guide your efforts in improving the online student experience while managing and scheduling your front-line and operations teams. Develop and implement online retention strategies

Communicate with students regarding their academic progress Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
7+ years of related experience
5+ years of management experience
