Provide oversight on institutional health and safety practices
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
Lead training and awareness initiatives for staff
Manage external vendor relationships
Support the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least five years health and safety experience
Solid understanding of Ontario health and safety regulations
Experience in a diverse, multicultural workplace
