The Track Testing
Specialist plays a pivotal role in monitoring and maintaining Ontario Northland’s rail network. In this key position, you will coordinate various testing programs, verify compliance with industry standards, and analyze infrastructure data to drive maintenance strategies. Your leadership will ensure operational safety and efficiency throughout the region’s rail services. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations of the ONT300 track testing car
Manage schedules for all testing activities and inspections
Ensure accuracy and completeness of testing documentation
Provide data-driven recommendations for infrastructure maintenance
Communicate testing results to relevant stakeholders Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or similar
At least 5 years of experience in railway operations
Understanding of railway regulations and maintenance practices
Familiarity with audit processes and documentation management
