In this role, you will serve as Senior Legal Counsel on Intelcom’s Legal Team, navigating the complexities of legal frameworks for last-mile logistics operations.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating high-volume commercial agreements and advising on data privacy compliance, orchestrating legal strategies to address disputes and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate SaaS and data processing agreements
Manage consumer claims and internal dispute resolution
Advise on privacy laws and compliance issues
Collaborate to enhance legal processes and utilize AI tools
Oversee external law firm engagements and legal mandates Requirements:
LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited institution
Active membership in a Canadian law society
At least five years of legal experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
