What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Service: Assist both customers and internal departments with parts inquiries, ensuring they get the right part, on time, every time.
Stay Organized: Receive, store, and track incoming parts and supplies using an inventory management system.
Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, reconcile counts, and prepare orders to replenish inventory as needed.
Support the Team: Distribute parts for service repairs and ensure the shop has everything needed to operate efficiently.
Communicate Effectively: Contact customers when ordered parts arrive and process returns quickly and accurately.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain a clean,



organized workspace and contribute to a positive, team-focused setting.

What You Bring
Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management is an asset.
