As part of the Primary Health Care leadership team, you will drive the implementation of vital community health initiatives from the Guysborough Memorial Hospital.

Your responsibilities span multiple projects aligned with patient-centered care, requiring at least three to five years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Expertise in chronic disease management within family medicine is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations of primary health clinics
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and health professionals




Oversee quality improvement and change management initiatives
Manage resource budgeting and project evaluations
Cultivate solid community and stakeholder relationships Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree in health discipline or related field
