Provide strategic employee relations guidance, resolving workplace issues and mitigating organizational risk. 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role supporting complex, multi-site operations. ~ S. employment laws and HR practices. ~ Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field. ~ Robust business acumen and expertise across core HR disciplines.
~ Robust communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrates extensive experience in Human Resources, particularly in HR Business Partner roles, with a robust focus on employee relations, compensation analysis, and performance management.
