Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of custom kitchen cabinets and millwork. We are looking for a "hands-on" professional who understands the nuances of woodworking and takes pride in every joint, hinge, and finish.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry components based on shop drawings and blueprints.
Operate a variety of woodworking machinery (table saws, edge banders, planers, jointers, etc.).
Ensure all pieces meet our high-quality standards and specific client dimensions.
Perform hardware installation (hinges, drawer slides, and pulls).
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure project continuity.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
3–5 years of professional experience in custom cabinetry or millwork.
Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and cut lists.
Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of hand tools and stationary power tools.
CNC Knowledge: Experience with CNC machinery (operation, setup, or programming) is considered a significant asset.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and high-end finishes.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctuality.
