Join Encoded Therapeutics as a Manager of External Vendor Partnerships, focusing on Supply Chain operations. Leverage your expertise in biotech to enhance strategic alliances and drive efficiencies. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role requires a blend of contract management skills, technical acumen, and relationship-building capabilities.
As a senior leader, you will ensure that partnerships with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) meet operational deadlines and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead Steering Committees with external partners
Address and resolve vendor-related conflicts promptly
Monitor KPIs to evaluate alliance health
Manage contract negotiations and financial oversight
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project alignment Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related
Minimum 8 years in biotechnology or biopharmaceuticals
At least 5 years in Alliance or External Supply Management
Robust skills in contract management and negotiation
