What You’ll Do:
Coach, mentor,



and inspire our showroom Sales Advisors to meet and exceed monthly volume, profitability, and CSI goals
Act as the resident expert on EV tech and digital retailing tools to elevate customer trade-ins and finance deals
Maintain strong lot inventory flow, drive community engagement, and represent the values of our group

What You Bring:
3+ years of progressive automotive dealership experience
An active provincial salesperson license and valid driver's license
Deep knowledge of auto sales, vehicle valuations, and showroom management systems
A passion for tech, leadership, and community-first service
