What You’ll Do
Greet guests and set the tone from the moment they walk in
Manage waitlists, seating, and table flow
Communicate with servers and kitchen to keep operations running smoothly
Stay organized and calm during busy rushes
Keep the front of house clean, welcoming, and on point
