Collaborate with store managers and field leadership to ensure a engaging work setting while developing staff through training programs in clinical protocols and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Coach associate doctors in clinical practices Requirements:
Doctor of Optometry degree
Knowledge of current optometric technologies
