Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our vibrant team! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Duties
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Answer incoming phone calls with courtesy, providing information and taking reservations as needed
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, including menus and waiting lists
Assist guests with special requests or accommodations, demonstrating excellent customer service skills




Support overall restaurant operations by communicating effectively with team members and guests

Requirements
Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred
Solid communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally
Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a quick-paced environment
Experience in restaurant operations or hotel environments is advantageous
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during shifts
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
