Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing to prevent breakdowns.
Diagnose mechanical issues using technical skills and tools, then execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to disassemble, repair, or replace equipment components.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure accurate documentation.
Assist in installation of new equipment or systems, following safety protocols and technical specifications.




Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve urgent issues that could disrupt operations.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and promote a protected working environment.

Experience
Experience in maintenance or a similar technical role an advantage
Sound mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot diverse systems confidently.
Hands-on experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and measuring devices.
Familiarity with power tools including drills, saws, grinders, and impact drivers.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for accurate repairs and installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
Prior experience working in safety-conscious environments is preferred but not mandatory.
