Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate guest seating and special requests.
Handle guest inquiries politely over the phone or in person, providing accurate information about wait times or restaurant policies.
Assist in managing waiting lists during busy hours to ensure smooth flow of service.
Support overall restaurant operations by maintaining a friendly attitude and ensuring guests feel welcomed throughout their visit.
Skills
Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Solid phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus for managing reservations or billing inquiries.
