We’re looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative for our Chilliwack location. If you’ve got welding experience and want to move into a steady, customer-focused role, this is a chance to stay in the industry while building a long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing
Work directly with customers—at the counter, on the phone, and over email
Help customers find the right consumables, equipment, and solutions for the job
Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently
Stay on top of customer requests and follow-ups
Work closely with the warehouse to make sure orders move when they should
Keep things organized—quotes, orders, and communication

What We’re Looking For
Hands-on welding experience (this is a must—you need to understand the work)
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel




Transparent communicator who can talk to both shop-floor welders and purchasing teams
Detail-oriented and reliable—customers are counting on you
Someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a seat
