Become a vital part of the Pason team as a Field Service Technician based in Peace River, Alberta. Deliver exceptional service installing and supporting hardware and software products in the field. We seek a motivated individual ready to tackle challenges on drilling and service rigs.

This role involves working independently, often during irregular hours, while demanding solid organizational skills and an ability to problem-solve. As a key player, you'll engage with customers, ensure product functionality, and support your team. Key Responsibilities:
Understand and resolve customer issues with Pason equipment
Recommend product changes based on customer needs
Install and maintain Pason equipment to standards
Train users in system operations and features
Track rig movement and communicate with management Requirements:
Experience in oilfield drilling and service rigs preferred
Solid problem-solving and communication skills
Eligible for international travel to the US
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
