We're looking for a motivated Sous Chef who is passionate about food, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and is ready to take on a leadership role in one of Toronto's premier hospitality destinations.

Working alongside our Executive Chef, you'll help lead day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.

What You'll Do
Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
Lead and support the kitchen team during service.
Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently to our standards.
Train, mentor, and develop Line Cooks and Kitchen Prep staff.
Help manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and food costs.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health regulation compliance.
Assist with scheduling and labour management.
Contribute to menu development and seasonal features.
Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture.

What We're Looking For




Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Line Cook ready to take the next step.
Experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality workplace.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices.
A proactive, hands-on leader with a strong work ethic.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
