We are seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance and Engineering to optimize our fleet's maintenance and servicing activities.
This role calls for a high level of technical skill and leadership, ensuring best practices in diagnostics and maintenance across various sites. You will coach supervisors and manage complex technical situations while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Validate diagnostics on tractors and specialized agricultural equipment
Direct teams in resolving escalated technical issues
Actively recommend performance and reliability solutions
Oversee maintenance management compliance and audits
Negotiate and optimize supplier contracts effectively Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
8+ years of maintenance experience in heavy equipment
