Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Fruit Farm Workers to join our seasonal harvest team (September - October 2026). This role involves picking various tree fruit crops as well as our wine grapes. Pickers must move quickly but also handle fruit delicately to prevent bruising. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an ability to stay motivated all day long, and work well in a fast-paced team environment .

Responsibilities
Assist with planting, pruning, training, and harvesting various fruit crops
Handle heavy lifting of produce and supplies safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm work areas
Monitor crop health and report any issues related to pests or disease
Use hand tools to complete daily tasks




Work collaboratively in a team environment

Skills
Experience with farming, agriculture, or horticulture is preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with attention to safety standards
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and twist for 9 hours per day
Ability to lift 50 pounds in order to carry out the physical demands of this outdoor job
Ability to distinguish red and green in order to colour pick apples

Job Types: Full time, Seasonal Pay: $18.25 per hour
