We're looking for skilled DISHWASHERS/PREP COOK to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible, hardworking and capable of handling a fast-paced environment. The successful candidates should have prior restaurant experience, as well as an eye for detail and an ability to work well on a team.
Responsibilities
Sanitize dishes and cutlery.
Load and unload dishwasher.
Perform prep of food items/ingredients as regular part of workday.
Clean walk in fridge, freezer and general working area.
Daily cleaning of stove burners, guards, removable parts of the flat grills.
Learn,
operate and clean the potato steamer, machines and meat slicers.
Follow FIFO inventory management system.
Maintain clean work environment.
Put away clean dishes, cups, glasses and utensils.
Disposal of garbage.
Perform duties with speed in a safe manner.
Support the front of the house if needed
Pay: $18.00 per hour
