Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our dental professionals and providing top-notch care to our patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a energetic healthcare environment and contribute to improving oral health outcomes.

Duties:
Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental x-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
Maintain accurate patient records
Schedule appointments and handle dental receptionist duties as needed

Experience:
Proven experience in dental assisting
Knowledge of orthodontic procedures




Understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry
Experience with Abledent or similar dental practice management software would be an asset

Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
