Upsilon is hiring Leadership Consultants for a one-year contract, extendable for another year. As an ambassador for the Fraternity, you will work with various stakeholders to enhance operations and support recruitment initiatives.
Your role includes mentorship through training sessions and networking opportunities, propelling both personal and qualified growth. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate recruitment efforts for chapters nationwide
Spearhead expansion projects and chapter evaluations
Provide officer training during in office visits
Help plan for chapter operational logistics
Collect and create resources for Fraternity initiatives Requirements:
Strong commitment to Delta Upsilon’s Mission
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
Demonstrated leadership in relevant organizations
Availability for extensive travel
