Your responsibilities encompass guiding engineering services, utility planning, and capital project delivery among a multidisciplinary team. With significant infrastructure projects ongoing, your expertise will directly influence the City's long-term plans and operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Engineering Division functions and project delivery
Manage construction and commissioning of municipal infrastructure




Develop and administer departmental budgets and plans
Collaborate with the Public Works Manager on strategic priorities
Monitor consultant performance and project progression Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
P.Eng. registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
10+ years of engineering experience including 5 in leadership
Expertise in municipal project management and funding
Robust communication and organizational skills Guide the City of Prince Rupert’s engineering initiatives with a focus on growth and community impact.
