Responsibilities
Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and availability for food preparation and service
Assist with basic food handling and meal preparation tasks under supervision, ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed
Keep kitchen work areas tidy, sanitized, and organized to promote a secure and efficient environment
Support the food service team by restocking supplies and assisting with light food prep when needed
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety




Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are adhered to within the kitchen area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Knowledge of basic cooking, meal preparation, and food handling practices is a plus
Familiarity with food safety standards in a commercial kitchen setting is advantageous
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
