Duties
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a protected and organized work environment
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and delivering supplies as needed
Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, following all safety protocols
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly
Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or safety concerns
Help with setting up scaffolding, barricades,



or signage to ensure site safety and compliance

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial environments
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions carefully
Reliable transportation to get to various job sites as required
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
