Job Summary

Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision to support meal service
Organize and store clean items properly to ensure easy access for kitchen staff
Follow food handling and safety procedures diligently to prevent contamination
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by helping with meal prep and serving as needed




Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling protocols are followed

Experience
Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
Familiarity with food handling safety standards is advantageous
Previous kitchen experience involving cooking or meal preparation is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to learn food industry best practices and adhere to health regulations
