Responsibilities
Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients under supervision.
Support kitchen staff by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are stored correctly and safely.
Follow food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen tidy and environmentally friendly.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling safety.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.
Basic understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking support tasks.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive approach to assisting others in the hospitality workplace.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality industries is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
