Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and supplies on-site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and equipment
Support tradespeople by holding materials, tools, or equipment during tasks
Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Carry out basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, or moving materials under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and injuries




Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling regularly
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial settings
Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Reliable transportation to get to job sites as needed
