Duties
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely
Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as mixing materials, setting up scaffolding, or preparing work areas
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision, following safety protocols at all times
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly
Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention




Contribute to maintaining safety standards by adhering to all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn recent skills
Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work effectively with others
Basic familiarity with tools and equipment used in construction or maintenance environments is a plus
Willingness to follow safety procedures diligently and maintain a clean work area
Prior experience in general labour or construction is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
