JLH Mechanical Inc is hiring a 310T Mechanic, also known as a Truck and Coach Technician, is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty vehicles, such as trucks, excavators and trailers. This position is located in Arkona, Ontario

Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles to identify and resolve mechanical issues.

· Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and engine tune-ups.

· Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and inspections.

· Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

· Work closely with other mechanics and team members to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize fleet performance.

· Review pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify and address potential problems

Qualifications:

· 3 of years as an experience 310 T Mechanic.





· Possession of a valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license.

· Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills, familiarity with heavy-duty vehicle systems (engines, transmissions, braking systems).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

· Being comfortable working with apprentices and teaching new mechanic skills is an significant aspect of the 310T Mechanic role
