Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, the Air Gun Sales Specialist will collaborate with the Sales Manager to accomplish sales objectives and undertake key responsibilities within the retail environment. Specific duties include:
Assisting the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets by providing an exceptional customer service experience.
Advising customers on selecting the right air gun (air rifles, air pistols, etc.) based on their experience level, intended use (target shooting, pest control, or recreational plinking), and budget.
Recommending and explaining related accessories such as pellets/BBs, scopes, targets, and protective gear.
Providing basic guidance on air gun maintenance and care.
Ensuring all sales comply with store policy and applicable regulations regarding age restrictions and safe handling.
Organizing, displaying, and stocking retail merchandise to ensure a well-maintained product presentation.
Warmly welcoming and engaging customers, delivering friendly and professional service.
Addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed product information,



and assisting customers in finding the products they seek.
Collaborating with fellow team members across departments to maintain cohesive operations and ensure overall store efficiency.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sales and retail industry practices.
Prior experience working in air gun, shooting sports, or outdoor sporting goods retail is an asset.
Personal experience with air guns and familiarity with popular brands/models is an asset.
Holding a valid PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence) is an asset.
Enthusiastic, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
Cooperative mindset, demonstrating effective teamwork with colleagues and other departments.
Flexibility in adapting to work schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
