Blue Lakes Premium Meats is looking for a reliable and hands-on Facility Attendant to help keep our facility clean, protected, and running smoothly.

This role is more than just cleaning — you play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operation and creating a work environment our team can take pride in.

If you like staying active, working independently, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this role is a great fit.

This is a physically active role with both indoor and outdoor responsibilities.

Duties
Clean and maintain offices, lunchrooms, washrooms, and change rooms
Keep floors, surfaces, and common areas clean and organized
Empty garbage and recycling, including exterior areas
Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials)
Monitor inventory and report supply shortages
Assist with basic maintenance tasks (light bulbs, filters, minor repairs)
Support outdoor upkeep (litter pick-up, salting, snow removal)
Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns
Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Skills & Qualifications
Reliable and able to work independently
Solid attention to detail




Positive time management and organization
Comfortable with physical work
Basic understanding of workplace safety
Previous cleaning or facility experience is an asset

Working Conditions
Mix of indoor and outdoor work
Exposure to cleaning products and varying weather conditions
Physical role (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, repetitive tasks)
PPE required
