We are seeking a proactive Emergency Response Team Lead to oversee personnel and equipment in dynamic emergency situations. You will also enforce health and safety policies, develop response strategies, and provide mentorship to team members. Key Responsibilities:
Comply with and enforce Health and Safety procedures
Participate in On-Call roster and energetic shift scheduling
Coordinate response personnel and equipment efficiently
Develop effective response strategies for safety and workplace
Mentor and support Emergency Response Team members Requirements:
Valid BC Driver's license required
NFPA 472 Technician certification needed
Experience with hazardous materials and spill response
Knowledge of Incident Command System principles
Hands-on experience with heavy equipment and safety techniques As an ERT Lead, utilize your skills in emergency management and safety protocols to protect both people and the setting.
