Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience with our tanning, red light, and spray tanning services.
Actively promote and upsell high-end tanning packages, products, and related services to meet individual customer needs
Manage the sales with follow-ups, and closing sales effectively
Support marketing initiatives by explaining product perks and current promotions to maximize sales opportunities
Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate packages and secure customer commitments
Assist in maintaining an organized retail environment,



ensuring product displays are appealing and inventory is well-stocked
Provide ongoing sales support through phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English
Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales and upselling techniques
Knowledge of marketing strategies, sales, and customer service best practices
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining positive phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately and understanding product pricing structures
