Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will contribute to building durable frameworks, restoring existing structures, and ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute projects
Build and install frameworks for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Cut, shape, assemble, and install siding, woodwork, and other building materials with precision
Maintain a clean and organized worksite; ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained

Qualifications




Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a robust understanding of framing techniques
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, woodworking equipment
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and restoration processes is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
