Counsel, you will be responsible for the prosecution of various offences, making critical decisions aligned with BC Prosecution policies and the Crown Counsel Act.

Lead prosecution efforts for criminal cases
Decide on charges and manage court proceedings

Uphold Crown Counsel policies and procedures Requirements:
Membership in valuable standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
At least six months of criminal law experience
Eligible for Crown Counsel Level 1 (up to 5 years of call)
Must travel for case responsibilities
