Position Summary

Sokil Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Assistant to support an significant data cleanup initiative. As we prepare for future system improvements, this role will assist with reviewing and maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within our business systems. The successful candidate will identify duplicate, inactive, and obsolete records, perform data maintenance activities, and support the IT department with administrative tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Review, identify, and resolve duplicate, inactive, and obsolete records within company systems.

Perform data cleanup activities involving fuel records, locations and geofences, revenue allocations, quote lines, and other system records.

Create, edit, and delete records within web-based business applications.

Verify data accuracy and consistency while maintaining documentation of completed work.

Report discrepancies or records requiring further review.

Perform general administrative duties and other projects as assigned.





Follow company policies regarding confidentiality and data security. Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience using web-based applications to create, edit, and delete records.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Ability to work independently while following established procedures and guidance.

Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is considered an asset. What We're Looking For
