We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Farm Worker to join our energetic agricultural team. Duties
Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and equipment
Operate farm machinery such as tractors, tillers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery, irrigation systems, and tools to ensure optimal performance
Handle heavy lifting tasks involving bags of soil, feed, or harvested produce with proper technique
Use hand tools and power tools for repairs, adjustments, and general farm upkeep
Support irrigation setup and management to ensure crops receive adequate water supply
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, storage facilities,



and equipment to promote safety and efficiency

Requirements
Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with farm machinery and equipment
Experience with irrigation systems and understanding of horticultural practices preferred
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance procedures on a farm setting
Solid physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions
Basic math skills for measuring inputs, calculating quantities, or recording data accurately
Willingness to learn about crop cultivation techniques and sustainable farming practices
