Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, directing maintenance, and fostering a culture of safety among team members. Your technical skills and leadership will be essential for operational success. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to CPKC safety policies
Perform routine track inspections and record findings
Manage maintenance aligned with track renewal strategies
Establish daily work objectives and priorities
Provide emergency response support as needed Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
At least 2 years of track maintenance experience
Minimum 1 year operating track machinery
