Represent clients in care proceedings and court
Provide advice on pre-proceedings and deprivation of liberties
Advise local authorities on private law obligations
Offer training to clients and team members
Participate in Local Family Justice Boards Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience
Expertise in childcare law and court procedures
Solid communication and teamwork skills
