Our products are manufactured in the Edwardsburg Cardinal area. We are a company that focuses on the process of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing concepts. HFI is on the ascent, and we are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to help support the expansion of our business.
ROLE: Health and Safety Manager Reports to: VP Operations
Schedule: Full Time (Days); 8-hour shift; 7 am – 3:30 pm
Status: Recent Position
Wage: $80,000 – 100,000 Based on education and experience

Other duties as assigned Role Requirements - CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional) or CRST (Canadian Registered Safety Technician) designation required.
Postsecondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Ergonomics, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive Health & Safety experience in industrial, manufacturing, facilities, or operational environments.
Robust knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices.
Proven experience leading:
Strong ability to influence culture change and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
