Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting them with their purchases. Your ability to effectively communicate and manage time will be essential in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services effectively.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cashiering duties.
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and display area.
Provide technical sales support by answering product-related questions.
Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls.
Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability.
Engage with multilingual customers to ensure explicit communication and understanding.

Qualifications




Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering functions.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
Technical sales experience is a plus, enabling you to assist customers with product inquiries effectively.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others is essential.
