Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
Offer technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to customers
Manage phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and basic merchandising organization
Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service
Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve our diverse customer base effectively
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantageous
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Ability to demonstrate patience, professionalism, and positive attitude at all times
