Become the operational leader at MSF Canada as a Deputy Executive Director. In this 4-year fixed-term position, you will connect strategy with action, overseeing Finance, IT, Human Resources, and Strategy leaders.

Your expertise will maintain the risk registry and readiness for critical incidents, while you serve as a strategic partner for the Executive Director on governance and Board engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Finance, Administration, IT, and Human Resources departments
Manage cross-functional teams and executive-level direct reports
Maintain the risk registry and critical incident preparedness




Collaborate with the Executive Director on governance reporting
